A-list actresses were more than a little ready to shed their sweats and quarantine outfits for the elegance of luxe gowns and sparkling jewelry for the 78th Golden Globes whether nominated and waiting at home or presenting at the event. The red carpet buzz with cameras snapping and the pomp and circumstance that traditionally goes along with these events were once again replaced by the more subdued virtual Zoom interviews and socially distanced arrivals. Yet the glamour was still present in the opulence that each of the actresses brought to the event.
