    職位描述和要求:

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in events and activities, including but not limited to members’ activities and seminars, industry workshops, awards and competitions, annual ceremony, and charity functions
    • Support pre-event logistics, on-site assistance and post-event reporting as directed by supervisors
    • Liaison with both internal and external parties on day-to-day business operations including members’ affairs
    • Handle correspondences and provide overall administrative and secretarial support
    • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
    • Outdoor work is required

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on events and general office experience
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is desirable
    • Sound PC knowledge (MS Office applications & Chinese Word Processing)
    • Strong initiative and multi-tasking ability are an advantage
    • Good team player, service-oriented, detail-minded, well-organized with strong time management
    • Immediate availability is highly preferred

    Daily in-house bank updates
    Daily vouchers for payments and receivables
    Liaise with banks and their representatives
    Prepare monthly statements for the directors
    Prepare statements for the yearly Audit
    Prepare company tax files
    Knowledge of accounting software, specifically IBA

    • Provide administrative support to Exhibition Manager and team members in terms of correspondence, handling inquiries, maintaining exhibitors and visitors database, digital marketing, compilation and consolidation of information
    • Liaise with potential exhibitors (cold and warm calling), agents and suppliers
    • Track and process exhibition documents
    • Handle collaterals, materials and logistics preparation
    • Provide on-site logistics support in exhibitions or events
    • Outbound travel is required

    • Diploma/Degree in marketing, event management business administration, communications and related disciplines
    • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
